Meet The Team

Executive Director

Spent the past fifty years working among the international community training and mentoring missionaries, pastors and leaders. He has a B.A. in Bible with mission’s emphasis, and a M.S. in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in curriculum design. John and his wife Marge currently live in Mesa, AZ where they serve at Redemption West Mesa Church. They are blessed with five children, seventeen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Office Manager

Married 20+ years to a wonderful, godly man and has four children who are novice-level adults.  After homeschooling for 19 years, she is now spending her time hiking and working at Immigrant Hope as vounteer staff.

Educational Coordinator

Proud wife of John Cosby. She has been living among multiple cultures since 1967. Her love for people and her desire to see them know the Lord has taken her to the Canary Islands, Africa, Mexico, different parts of Latin America and several different parts of the US and Canada. Marge studied at Arizona Bible College and Palomar Junior College. She loves being the mother of five and grandmother and great-grandmother.

She has a heart to serve others in church, school and community settings with a background in social work. Enjoys keeping busy by socializing, hiking and biking accompanied by her husband and 3 kids.

Grew up as a missionary kid and developed a heart for the nations. She spent most of her childhood in Mexico and now survives the hot Arizona summers by baking, swimming, and overall enjoying the outdoors.
